This gong bath with sound therapist, psychologist, and space holder Aiste Li is a journey into the healing vibrations of sound—where nothing is required from you, and everything is allowed to unfold in its own way.At House of Play, we have a unique possibility to create something a little different from most Gong Baths. Instead of lying separately on individual mats, we gather in a shared, cozy space with soft mattresses—closer to each other, held in a collective field.
Here, you are welcome to receive not only sound, but also human warmth. A hand, a hug, a cuddle — if it feels right for you. Always with respect, awareness, and consent. This is a non-se ual space.
This creates a deeper sense of safety, connection, and co-regulation—where the nervous system can truly relax, not only through sound, but through gentle human presence.
The gongs will be played intuitively, responding to the energy in the room. There is no fixed structure — only listening, allowing, and meeting what is present.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This is for anyone who wants to experience the healing vibrations of the gong and - if you want to - the warmth of gentle human touch. Note that this is a non-se ual event.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Yes, you need no prior experience to be in this space.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
You can come alone, in pairs or as a group.
We will invite you to connect warmly with others. You may choose to just be with yourself or with your partner(s) only, if that feels right for you.
DRESSCODE
Wear something comfortable that you can move around freely in.
WHAT TO BRING
A bottle with a lid, no open containers in the space.
TIMES
You can arrive from 12.30 to land softly with no rush in the space.
We close the doors and start at 13:00 - no late arrival.
We end at 15:00

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
The session is guided by Aistė Li, a psychologist and sound therapist with many years of experience in creating safe and transformative spaces through sound.
Her approach is intuitive and grounded. She doesn’t follow a fixed script—instead, she listens deeply to the room and allows the sound to emerge in response to what is needed.
Aistė’s work is about helping people relax, reconnect, and return to themselves. She holds space in a gentle and present way, inviting you to trust your own process and receive what is right for you.
