A Gong Bath Meditation is a harmonic musical composition played on ancient instruments that you not only hear, but also feel, while lying reclined and comfortable.
During this live, sonic–symphonic experience by Master Sound Healer – Michael Enderle, you will feel your entire being, bathing in the currents of sound and waves of vibration from the gongs, while entering a deep meditative state.
At the beginning of the Gong Bath Meditation, Michael guides you with a relaxation sequence creating a receptive state in the body, mind, heart, and soul.
While you are still, in this quiet state of awareness, Michael brings into being the inspirational sounds and transformational vibrations of the ancient gongs, creating an extended period of spontaneous meditation by triggering a therapeutic relaxed condition which allows harmonic and balanced integration for healing.
This integration enables the movement of vital life-force energy (mana, prana, chi) through the body for balance, harmony, wholeness, and well-being while expanding awareness, elevating consciousness, cleansing life-force energy, reprogramming the subconsciousness for transformation and connecting beyond the threshold of duality to the blissful state of true nature – the Divine One.
Along with the gongs, Michael plays other ancient instruments. These include Tibetan Bells, Native American Flutes and African Kalimba. Separately, these instruments are powerful healing tools but when combined with each other, they create a space which allows the participants to integrate their intention with body, mind, heart, and spirit.
