🌟 Join Us for a Transformative Gong Bath Experience! 🌟This session is unlike the others as we hired the whole building! No disturbance should happen.
Before we begin, you'll have access to a calming frankincense and lavender mist to help enhance your relaxation. Please spray it over your things like a blanket and pillow.
Please arrive by 6:50pm to settle in comfortably.
At 7pm, we'll start with a gentle 10-minute guided mobility and stretch session on the mat to help ground your body, led by Anna.
At 7:10pm, Marisa will guide you into deep relaxation followed by the Gong Bath session.
