If you're looking for a way to unwind, de-stress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, my brand new Gong & Sound Bath classes might be just what you need. This immersive experience combines the soothing sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls as well as a range of other healing instruments to create a transformative journey into relaxation and inner peace.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments. This practice has been used for centuries in different cultures to promote healing and well-being. The vibrations and frequencies generated by the instruments help to balance the body’s energy centres, also known as chakras, leading to a state of deep relaxation and emotional release.
The Experience
At me Gong & Sound Bath session, you will step into a serene and tranquil environment. The session begins with a brief introduction to the instruments and the process, followed by a guided meditation to help you settle in.
As the session progresses, you will be enveloped in the harmonious tones of gongs and crystal singing bowls, each note resonating with different parts of your body to promote healing and balance. You will be taken on an auditory adventure. Note that there is no movement, you will either be lying down or sitting comfortably the entire time.
