A gong bath is usually experienced lying down on one’s back on a mat or in a comfortable chair. You are fully clothed, no water is involved. “Bath” in a gong bath is a wash of sound. Bring blankets, mat and pillow for your comfort.
It's an opportunity for meditation and relaxation where even people who CAN’T (meditate) CAN travel to sacred interior spaces that open within this spontaneous sound environment.
