Gong & Gather is an immersive experience that blends sound, rest, and community.During this session, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey led primarily with the gong, alongside complementary tones and instruments. For this gathering, we’ll be joined by special guest Haley Rudolph, a professional violinist who will guide the opening and closing of the experience with live violin—adding a layer of depth and presence you can feel throughout the body.
The sound waves support the release of stress, help regulate the nervous system, and invite you into a state of deep calm.
Participants often describe the experience as meditative, grounding, and clarifying. Each session is unique, yet the intention remains the same: to create a space where you can pause, reset, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
Plush floor mattresses, blankets, and bolsters are provided for your comfort. You’re also welcome to bring anything additional that helps you feel at ease (favorite pillow, extra blanket, etc.). Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated.
No prior experience is required.
