Gong & Gather is a gathering that blends sound, rest, and community. During each session, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound immersion led primarily with the gong, alongside complementary tones and instruments designed to support deep nervous system regulation and release.For this special edition, guest artist Eon Tide will join us to guide the opening and closing of the journey with his wind instruments, adding an atmospheric, cinematic layer to the experience. His sound weaves gentle, emotive textures that help ease the body into stillness and softly return you at the end of the immersion.
The sound waves support the body in releasing stress, balancing the nervous system, and moving into a state of deep calm. Participants often describe the experience as meditative, grounding, and clarifying. Each session is unique, yet the intention is consistent: to create a container where you can pause, reset, and leave feeling lighter and more centered.
Mattresses, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Please bring anything that helps you get comfortable lying down. Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated. No prior experience is required.
