About this Event

Join Orchestra Santa Monica for the opening concert of the 2026-27 season, featuring the World Premiere of a new commission by Jason Anthony Gomez, OSM’s first-ever Composer-in-Residence. The program also includes Vaughan Williams’ lyrical Oboe Concerto with Santa Monica native and LA Phil Principal Oboe Ryan Roberts in his OSM debut, followed by Brahms’ monumental Symphony No. 1, one of the greatest achievements in the symphonic repertoire.
