Women’s Golflow Social@Golf Federation, Queenstown- it would be great to see you there! What’s involved?
45 minutes of golf inspired yoga into an hour of simulator challenges, mingling and drinks.
We’ll have exclusive use of all four bays so plenty of time to get in on the action and meet some like minded women for them sunshiney golf days ahead of us!
This is open to all abilities (golf & yoga!) so if you fancy a whack at it, this is a great safe space to do so.
We’ll be focusing on:
- Loosening up those hotspots- hips, lower back, shoulders
- Improving rotation and balance for a smoother, more powerful swing
- Breathwork to steady your mind for those nervy tee shots
- Not taking life too seriously and enjoying the ride
