Golden Tides: A 50th Celebration
🗓️ Saturday, September 12 | 6:30–9:30 p.m. | Adults 21+
Join us as we celebrate 50 years of inspiring conservation, education, and community at the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Golden Tides is an elegant adult-only (21+) evening where guests can enjoy the Aquarium after hours while honoring five decades of connecting people with North Carolina's coastal waters.
Experience an unforgettable night filled with live jazz, fresh local seafood, and breathtaking waterfront views. Savor freshly shucked oysters from Cousin's Oysters, enjoy delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres by Johanna's Catering, and sip beer, wine, and other libations as you explore the Aquarium in a unique nighttime setting.
Watch the sunset from the Soundside Pier, encounter fascinating aquatic animals—including opportunities to interact with our Touch Pools—and celebrate this golden milestone with fellow supporters, friends, and community members.
