Orchard to Old Fashioned: A Brandy Cocktail Class

Grab your partner, best friend, sibling, or favorite drinking buddy and join us at the Golden State Cider Sebastopol Taproom for an evening of shaking, stirring, and sipping.

Our team will walk you through the history of brandy, explore a few classic cocktails, and show you what makes Golden State Cider Heirloom Apple Brandy special. It’s made from dry-farmed heirloom Sebastopol apples and aged at least 3 years in French oak. Then you’ll get hands-on and craft our signature brandy cocktails together.

Each pair takes home their own batched Apple Brandy Old Fashioned to enjoy later (and show off to friends).

Tickets are sold in pairs: $75 for two people.
The class is designed for two people to learn and mix side by side, so the minimum purchase is 2 tickets. Coming with a group? Buy as many pairs as you need and we’ll seat you together.
