A feel-good class designed to help you unwind and reset midweek with overall uplifting vibes, mindful gentle flow, and moments of calm as the golden hour sets in. Step into summer feeling calm, clear, and ready to take on all your summer bucket list items!

This is a very welcoming space. Come-as-you-are, shake off the day, and reconnect with yourself. All levels welcome.
