Golden Hour: Reiki Infused Yin Yoga

As the sun begins to set and golden light pours through the evening, we invite you into a space of softness, stillness, and return.

This is a restorative evening created to help you slow down, release the weight of the day, and reconnect with yourself. Through the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga and the gentle support of Reiki, this evening offers space to soften your body, quiet your mind, and settle into a deeper presence.

Led by Yin Yoga instructor Amanda Helen of Science and Magic alongside Reiki Master Joelle Anderson of Soulful Empowerment, you will be guided through long, nourishing Yin postures while Reiki energy is offered throughout the room. Cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, ease, and subtle energetic support.

Together, these practices invite the nervous system to unwind, the body to release, and the heart to open.

This is your invitation to pause. To exhale. To be held in stillness as the day fades into light.

What to expect:

• A slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice
• Group Reiki energy healing woven throughout the experience
• A warm, golden hour-inspired atmosphere for deep rest
• Space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect inward
• Nervous system nourishment through stillness and presence

Bring your mat, your favorite blanket or pillows, and an open heart.

Optional Community Tea + Connection: Following the practice, you are invited to stay for tea and gentle connection. A space to integrate, reflect, and share in community if you feel called. If your practice asks for quiet departure instead, you are equally welcome to honor that and head out afterward with care.

No experience with yoga or Reiki is needed. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, softer, and more connected to your inner light.
