Golden Hour Grounding: Yoga + Sound Healing

Join us for an intentional, heart-opening evening of connection, calm, and community at the beautiful North Beach Hotel. This is your invitation to relax as the summer sun sets as we flow with an all-levels rejuvenating flow (no experience necessary) and experience a restorative sound healing journey with crystal singing bowls.

What to Expect

6:30–7:00 PM | Arrivals + Wellness Social

Sip, mingle, and explore complimentary goodies from our favorite wellness partners, including LesserEvil Popcorn, Magna hydration, and more to be announced soon.

7:00–7:30 PM | Restorative Yoga Flow

Connect your body to breath as you move to your own rhythm and quiet the mind with a gentle flow led by Rachel Farmer (@rachelfarmerwellness). Breathe with more ease, release the day before, and find your flow as you come back home to yourself.

7:30-8:00 PM | Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Soften into a restorative sound journey led by Lara Gould (@high.frequenciesfl). Using the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this 30-minute experience is designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and help you reconnect with yourself as the sun sets over Fort Lauderdale.

What to Bring

● Yoga mat or towel to lie on

● Optional: eye mask, blanket, water, or any items to make your space cozy

● Yourself, exactly as you are
