She'll guide you through a gentle, accessible sequence that focuses on breath, balance, and basic postures — no experience (or flexibility!) required. After class, stick around to enjoy hot cider and homemade baked goods and connect with our awesome community.
Class is $20!
What to Bring:
-A yoga mat, and any props you might like
-Water bottle
-Comfortable clothes you can move in (we suggest layers!)
-A blanket for savasana
