Golden Hour Community Meditation + Sound Healing in the Park

Come join us for a relaxing evening at Magee Park for a Sound Bath experience like no other! We will meet the first Saturday of every month at the Golden Hour.

The Golden Hour, often referred to as the Magic Hour, is the enchanting time just before sunset when the sun casts a warm, golden glow across the landscape. This period bathes everything in soft, ethereal light, creating a serene and magical atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation and reflection. The unique quality of light during this hour enhances colors, deepens shadows, and creates a calming ambiance that makes it an ideal time for our Sound Bath Meditation experience.

We begin with a few minutes of gentle stretching, followed by a calming body scan meditation to prepare for the soothing blend of sound and reiki. As the tranquil sounds wash over you, unwind and release stress in the serene outdoor setting. This in-person event is the perfect way to recharge on a Saturday.

Bring your friends and family, grab a blanket or sleeping bag, a pillow, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of our sunset sound bath. Don't miss this unique opportunity to connect with nature and your community, rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul.
