Golden Hour is an invitation to slow down and soak in the warmth of the season before we begin turning inward for autumn.
Settle into stillness as you’re surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other healing sounds. This immersive sound experience is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create space to simply be.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you feel comfortable and cozy such as a blanket, pillow, bolster, or your favorite comfy layers. Eye masks will be provided.
