Golden Handmade Tortilla

This tortilla class offers a hands-on experience, giving participants the opportunity to interact directly with Chef Cristina Martínez. You’ll explore the rich culture, history, and cultivation of the corn used in her restaurant. Chef Cristina will demonstrate a traditional Mexican technique that highlights the grain-to-tortilla process. Participants will then make their own tortillas using ancient traditional equipment under her guidance.

Space is limited and priority will be given to registered attendees. Tickets will be honored up until 5:20 pm, please arrive by 5:15 pm to guarantee your seat. At 5:20 pm, we will fill open seats. Please email [email protected] for more information.
