Join us for a fun and creative environmental art workshop at Lippulaiva Library! Designed especially for families with children, but open to all ages and backgrounds, this event invites you to explore the importance of water through art, imagination, and play.
As part of ArtMobs: Future Stories from Espoo City, ColorsNCode presents an engaging community experience that connects art, technology, and dialogue around one of the most vital elements of life: why water is gold for us.
Participants can first discover and interact with the Gold Water installation in the library — an interactive artwork combining visual art, sound, and movement. Afterward, families are invited to take part in a hands-on simple community art activity guided by Luiza Preda, certified art teacher where participants learn about their water footprint and how to save water in an inclusive, safe and creative environment!
*Engaging in this workshop is not only fun and creative but also good for your well-being. The simple arts and crafts activities allow you to relax, focus, and enjoy the creative process, while the interactive elements and reflections about water make it educative and inspiring. It’s a playful way to learn, connect, and feel refreshed through art, and also a great way to connect with new people or create beautiful memories with your family and friends!
