Please bring what you need to stay hydrated and energized. It will get wrm once we make it to the bottom and the sun comes up. Plus you will need to hike uphill after being in hot springs. Bring shoes you can climb up and down in, some rocks are slippery and you need your feet to be supported. Do not splash water or put your face in the water there may be dangerous brain eating bacteria that enters through the nose, though the risk is uncommon you want to be careful. The sights are beautiful and amazing so lets have fun!You will need

• The ability to climbs up and down ropes on bouldering
• A fair amount of snacks and food for energy
• Hiking shoes recommended but not necessary, some rocks will be slippery
