Join us at the Idaho Museum of Mining and Geology, 2455 Old Penitentiary Road between noon and 3pm, and learn how to pan for gold. $5 plus Eventbrite fee for all Nonmembers of the Museum. FREE for Youth and IMMG Museum members.
Panning instruction provided by the Nampa Gold Prospectors. Perpetua Resources and SME (Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration) will be here with remote control trucks, and mining-related freebies. Enter inside the museum for fabulous exhibits and a free mineral for each child.
Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Pre-registration is required of each person.
