What to Bring?
✔ You are required to bring a set of 3 (DFA) or 4 (CEGB) Rainbow Sounds bowls to use for the class. If you have crystal bowls purchased from elsewhere, we respectfully ask that you do not bring them to this class. In this case, let us know at the time of booking and we will provide Rainbow Sounds bowls for you to use on the day :)
✔ Snacks for the short break
✔ Water for hydration (as there isn't always water available at the venue)
✔ Extra cushions and blankets if you'd like extra comfort (we'll provide yoga mats and bolsters for the class. To request for a chair/table, email us after you're booked in)
✔ A pen to take notes if you wish
If you have bowls from elsewhere, we respectfully ask that you leave them at home and borrow a bowl for the class. As many bowls are played in the class and at the same time by many students, this ensures we don't have conflicting frequencies. In this case, you can borrow bowls from us to use on the day.
