Gold & Silver Fundraiser

Our congregation is always pleased to hear positive financial results from the fundraising events held at our Church. It is wonderful to increase our ability to help others and deal with unexpected expenses, as well. It's a great feeling to be a part of its success.
There is another event happening here on Thursday, September 3 from 9am to 5pm. And the great thing about it is, this time, there will be no need to open your wallet. You may have heard of International Auction, a Montreal based business that schedules events in cities across Canada when requested by organizations such as ours. At these events, citizens can bring in gold or silver jewelry and coins that they wish to sell.
Your participation will determine how successful this event becomes. When you bring in an item of jewelry, whether broken or not, one earring maybe, you will then have a chance to donate all the funds to the Church or retain a portion for yourself. You can also help to spread the word to family, friends, neighbours or those you chat with while shopping!
This is a wonderful chance for each of us to continue offering the "care and comfort of Christ".
