Calling all investors, landlords, flippers, realtors, contractors, Lenders, wholesalers and anyone with an interest in Property Investing. Come to our free meetup to network, learn or share with someone in the room to help move everyone closer to their goals.
We interview the active real estate investors in the Louisiana market. Not the Guru's and speakers, the actual people out building portfolios, doing deals and making stuff happen. These are people that don't speak publicly as they don't have courses to sell. We get them to come to our group and interview them about how they got started, what they learnt along the way and what they doing in the current market. We go deep to pull out the nuggets so that you can learn from their experience.

Rickey is both a licensed realtor and an active investor making waves in our local market. Licensed as a realtor in 2019, he made the leap to full-time real estate in 2020. Bought his first personal investment property in 2023. Since then, he’s completed 9 personal investment deals, a mix of flips and rentals.
Rickey is a great example of a realtor who doesn’t just talk real estate, he puts his own money to work and builds wealth through investing. Come hear his journey, lessons learned, and how he balances being both an agent and investor.

Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.
