"Work, Work, Work, Work, Work – How do we find time for “study” and “recess”?"
This presentation takes a cue from our school days where we HAD to have study hall and recess. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or a 9 to 5er, all work and no play doesn’t make for a happy, fulfilled life. Work seems to always be at the forefront of our lives and many times we postpone continued learning because we just “don’t have time” – when in reality, our new study may just be what we need to be able to MAKE and TAKE more time for ourselves. We strive for work/life balance, but what exactly does that look like? CEO and Founder of the strategic planning, growth development and leadership empowerment company Malveaux & Co., Rachael Malveaux, will give us experienced-based insights and strategic ideas on how we can continue to grow our businesses or careers and still make time for the much-needed “recess”.
