OVER DIT EVENEMENT
The Godhiva Day Retreat is a unique event designed to introduce people to the powerful art of sound healing, holistic dance and mantra music. Art forms that effortlessly awaken the connection to the heart and act as keys to revitalize the body and free our minds for inner peace.
The Godhiva Journey offers an exciting program; a soothing sound bath facilitated by Ananda Monet (Jahnavi Harrison, Russel Brand, Radhika) from Sound Spa London, an enchanting Mudra Dance Workshop facilitated by Vraja Sundari (Dance Audience Award), a delicious and light vega dinner to close off with a magical Kirtan (mantra yoga) evening by Ananda, Vraja and the wonderful Citralekha (Vedic Essence). You can join for one or two of three rituals or book a full day pass to experience the entire journey.
The Godhiva program is held at the serene Heãrt SPace located on the Keizersgracht 389-K in the center of Amsterdam.

Our mission is to introduce people to powerful art forms that have the inherent ability to effortlessly (re)connect someone with the heart, leading to genuine connections with others.

Our vision of spirituality is that of an active form of gratitude, fueled by rituals that feed the ‘spirit’; spirit rituality. Rituals that find their origin in age-old traditions, transported to contemporary life through the infinite creative power of art.
These powerful rituals initiate a journey of self-discovery, a journey that starts from within. Coming home to our own body, allowing the spirit to be as it is in the ‘now’ and allowing ourselves to feel what we feel. In this way we invoke the power of acceptance and compassion that naturally tunes us into our own unique voice. We are so much more than we are aware of and everything we have experienced in life is stored within us.
Acceptance of what is – ‘santosha’ – creates a way for us to be in the here and now and to receive and activate the active power of gratitude. A tremendous power that can fundamentally change our view of life and thus lift our consciousness to a higher level.
This open-hearted state of being connects us with others at the level of the heart; a state in which we can fully be our authentic selves and express our wonderful being through the universal language of dance and music. To allow the highest human emotion to enter our consciousness: the state of bliss.
