Are you curious about Ashtanga Yoga and/or Ashtanga Mysore practice specifically? Have you been practicing Ashtanga yoga and ready for the next step? Or maybe you have been thinking about joining Ashtanga Mysore but feel a bit insecure how to start.
Now you can join our Ashtanga Mysore Beginner workshop!
Get a clear introduction what Ashtanga Yoga is about andwhat to expect when you think of joining our Mysore program. This intro workshop is a nice combination of practice, philosophy and space to ask questions.

During the workshop, the following themes will be covered:
• Short introduction in Ashtanga Yoga and Ashtanga Mysore specifically
• Mysore practice
• Philosophy behind Ashtanga yoga
• How to attend the program based on your individual needs
• Questions and comments
- FOR WHOM IS THE WORKSHOP? -
This workshop is suitable for everybody who is interested in Ashtanga Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga Mysore specifically, wants to know more about self-practice and/or is ready to take a step to dive deeper into their yoga practice. Everybody can attend, regardless of age, ability or experience. You will receive a week of practicing Mysore as well with this workshop!
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN -
You will learn what it means to practice Mysore, what you can expect and the benefits of attending a program like that.
- BONUS -
Following this workshop, you will be able to attend one week of FREE MYSORE PRACTICE. This means you can immediately start to experience the benefits of self practice and have a great kick-start as well!

The workshop is taught in English or Dutch, depending on who is attending.
