Join certified yoga teacher and self-mastery coach, Melissa Alexis, for an embodied yoga class focused on self-awareness, connecting movement and breath, and opening to a flow of energy. Participants can expect a dynamic class with encouragement to adapt postures for your unique anatomy. All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.

We will engage in movement for strength and flexibility, reinforcing foundational alignment, stretching, and balancing our energies for deep healing.
