Cailleach, the goddess of winter and wisdom was revered inthe folklore of Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man. She is
both divine hag and creator deity.

Cailleach is often portrayed as a shapeshifter, capable of
transforming into various animal forms, symbolizing her deep
connection to the natural world. She is also credited with the
formation of mountains and valleys, sculpting the landscape
with her ancient power.

She strikes upon the ground with her staff to bring about
winter. And she battles the Goddess Brigid, who brings about
the spring.

The myth of Cailleach is ancient, and yet her story is rich with
modern wisdom. She embodies the cyclical nature of life, the
transformative power of the seasons, and the deep wisdom
gained through experience.

Goddess Temple is built with the purpose of honoring the Divine Feminine in her many forms. In this Sacred Space we will celebrate Goddesses from all World cultures. At Goddess Temple you can expect an immersive experience that includes meditation, dancing, chanting and singing...all the many ways that we connect. A reading or teaching will be followed by a time for sharing. A ritual designed to bring each one present closer to a deeper understanding of the Divine Feminine within us. All genders are welcome.
