Join Soft Girl Squad for our monthly self love event. This time we will be combining inner child work, somatic exercises, meditation and sound healing from out of this world to deeply nourish our bodies & souls.

The intention is to come together in sisterhood, in a safe space where we can reconnect within & release the burdens we've been holding onto through out life - because of traumas, societal conditioning and suppression of the feminine for thousands of years.

The priority at this event is YOU - a space for you to come home to yourself & reclaim your power.

Oliwia

Holistic Integrative Psychotherapist trained in IFS (Inner Child Work), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy passionate about integrating ancient healing practices into modern psychotherapy. Oliwia is the founder of Soft Girl Squad, a space for women to embody self love, connect with their divine feminine energy & be surrounded by a sisterhood of power women on the same journey.

Gabriella

Medicine women who has worked with indiginous medicine people from around the world. Gabriella is also a sound and energy work practitioner, plant medicine guide and is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with their true power.
