picture this: walking along the Pacific with a small group of women, each one crowned with flowers, ocean air on your skin, the sound of waves pulling you out of your head and back into your body. you're greeted at the start with a flower crown — your official induction into the goddess circle — and from that moment, the transformation has already begun. by the time you arrive at the water's edge, the practice hasn't even started yet and you already feel like a different person.

this is Goddess Hike to the Sea: a curated outdoor experience designed to help you slow down, drop in, and reconnect with yourself in the most beautiful setting Long Beach has to offer.

we'll meet at the Peninsula, walk the iconic Seaside Walk boardwalk to Alamitos Park — a lush green overlook above Alamitos Bay — and settle in for a grounded yoga flow followed by a deeply restorative sound bath. then we'll walk back together, lighter than when we arrived.

this is wellness the way it was meant to feel: unhurried, outdoors, and a little bit magical.
