The💫"Goddess Gatherings" 💫 are monthly women circles where we focus on various topics related to women’s health in all ways-mind, body and spirit. I invite all women who wish to share sacred space where we may inspire and heal from being in circle, learning and growing from one another. The February gathering will focus on Tantric self care/pleasure for the heart chakra. I will guide us into a lively and pleasurable Somatic Yoga/movement practice to help release stuck emotions and trauma from your subtle and physical body. This is a very powerful practice to awaken vital energy and to feel more grounded, safe and comfortable in our bodies.
I will lead us through a guided meditation to activate the Divine Feminine and awaken the Goddess within.🧚🏼♂️🧖🏼♀️✨
Herbal tea and raw/vegan/gf cacao bliss balls will be offered.😋🫖
