Yoga with Pauline
I want to make yoga accessible and approachable and am constantly exploring ways to break down the practice to its simplest form. You don’t need to touch your toes or stand on your head to come to Yoga Space, but if you want to, I can teach you how.
I’m not naturally flexible and have to work at my practice. I don’t fly easily into cool yoga moves but prefer to study and understand the structure and engineering of the posture to create stable and safe movement.
