To ALL the fierce, beautiful, devoted, badass, powerful women in my life, you're invited to join us as we gather once monthly....in circle, in solidarity, in support, in healing, in forgiveness, in harmony, in peace, in love, in celebration. Together we RISE❣️

What to expect:

It’s a fully facilitated evening of movement (dance), dyads, connection, sacred rituals, laughter, healing and forgiveness for ourselves, our sisters and all our relations. 🙏

We will co-create something you get to take home a piece of to re-create your own goddess ritual ~ so please bring a dried flower, herb, spice, or something from nature to contribute.

Can’t wait to see, hug and move our bodies and energy together. 😍

About your facilitator:

Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B .Ed. has been coaching since 2012 and designing/facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017.

She values practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Lynda has an appreciation for witnessing and experiencing personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is engaging, insightful and playful.

Coach Lynda, a former teacher, is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) and is trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, and Tantra. She has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality and depth of their connection and prevent/manage conflict.

Lynda is dedicated to choosing love over fear in her own life and to teaching others how to create joyful, vibrant and juicy relationships. She is also a Master Love Coach & Love Smart Cards Trainer.
