In this sacred gathering, we’ll begin by setting intentions for the evening and writing down our monthly goals.From there, we’ll dive into a powerful breathwork session—a practice that helps unlock the wisdom of the subconscious mind. Whether you’re seeking clarity to make important decisions, the willpower to honor your body and your dreams, or simply a space to release stress, anxiety, and the weight of expectations, this breathwork journey is an invitation to go deep within and discover the answers you’ve been searching for.After breathwork, we’ll relax over tea and nourishing snacks before entering our women’s circle—a safe, confidential space for sharing and connection.These circles are deeply healing.The extra time is intentional, allowing us to open our hearts and speak freely, knowing that what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle. It’s a space to connect with other women who are on their own paths of growth, who know they are made for more, and who are ready to step into their power and simply be happy.Healing and personal growth can sometimes feel isolating, especially if those around us aren’t on the same journey.This circle is a chance to come together, be vulnerable, and rise—together.
