Goddess Awakening is an intimate outdoor experience created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and awaken their inner strength.

We’ll begin with gentle yoga and mindful movement, followed by guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, affirmations, and a beautiful closing circle.

This is a space to release pressure, reconnect with your body, and remember that you are worthy of taking up space, being seen, and becoming the woman you desire to be.
