Goddes Flow & Women Circle

Goddess Flow is the art of sacred feminine movement designed to awaken your inner goddess. In this unique experience we turn the music up and the lights down low and move our bodies in circular, flowing movements infused with elements of yoga and dance. Through these movements we reconnect to the way women's bodies were designed to move and reconnect to the power of the divine feminine...releasing judgment and growing in acceptance, creativity, and self-love. Each class will end with a supportive sister circle. Allowing us to come together as women creating a space for growth, healing, encouragement, connection, learning and understanding.
