2. Sacred Space: We’ll create a sacred space by opening with the four winds, power animals and call on our ancestors to guide and protect us on our journey
3. Intention Setting: We’ll set our intentions. What do you seek? Clarity? Healing? Transformation? The choice is yours, set your intention and get ready to manifest.
4. Breathwork: We will ground ourselves before taking this sacramental medicine with some breathwork and a guided meditation.
5. The God Molecule: Prepare to encounter the divine. Our sacrament will connect you to the divine, revealing hidden truths and expanding your consciousness. ***We will have 2 servings of the medicine***
6. Sound Healing: Ground yourself with resonant vibrations. We will align and balance your chakras as you come back from your journey leaving you attuned to the integration.
7. Integration: We will have an integration circle so that we can share our experiences and process our journey and the messages we receive.
8. Further Integration: We’re committed to your journey. We will give you an integration workbook and have a post-experience integration session one week after our experience.
