GOAT YOGA! (Yoga, with goats) June session

Our certified yoga instructor will guide us in a gentle, leisurely session of yoga in the pasture while goats climb on us and run around us. Following the approximately one hour session you'll have an hour to visit the other animals on the farm. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase farm to table food options made with ingredients grown and produced here on the farm. Participants should bring their own mat if possible, but some extras will be available for use.

In the event of inclement weather, our session will be moved inside the barn. If for any reason the event has to be canceled everyone will be notified via email.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION.
