Goat Yoga with Farm to Table Brunch

Pactamere Farm & Goat Yoga RVA are hosting morning goat yoga followed by a delicious Beligian Liege waffle brunch!

Available Sundays from 11:30am-2:30pm

~Rain or Shine~

Plan to arrive at 11:15am to check in. Yoga class begins 11:30 (in our heated barn during the cold months) and lasts one hour. During the 45 minute class, your certified instructor will guide you into a series of poses with the assistance of our Nigerian dwarf goat yogis. Following the 45 minute class, you will have 15 minutes of free time to take pictures and enjoy the goat cuddles.

A delicious homemade brunch, consisting of authentic made from scratch Belgian liege waffles, courtesy of Common Ground Cafe, will be served immediately after class.

*Heated barn during the fall and winter months!
