Yoga with goats = the perfect zen happiness! Join us for a morning goat yoga session, taught by one of our certified yoga instructors. Goats will jump around, interact & play with yogis during the class. Prepare for an hour of smiles & pure joy! Get your cameras ready for some great goat selfies! Not a seasoned yogi? No problem! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, even newbies. Let’s be honest, most come for the goat love!!!

PLEASE READ ***Goats will jump and can nibble - be aware you will be in close contact with goats during the yoga session - this yoga class is not recommended for anyone with health conditions that could be bothered by close interaction with goats/animals. Also not recommended for young children as goats can and will jump. Not recommended for those that do not like interacting with animals. You will be interacting closely with animals during this class. Goats are NOT potty trained.***

FAQs

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

* Children must be at least 10 years of age to participate and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What should I bring into the event?

*Bring your own yoga mat or a large towel is fine. Please be aware, yoga mat could get dirty. Please bring your own bug spray, a sweat towel and bottled water to stay hydrated.

Goat Yoga Tampa swag (tanks, hats, etc.) will be available for purchase. If you think you might want any of these fun items, please bring cash or Venmo.

How long is the class?

*We do appx 45 minutes of yoga (for all levels) followed by 15 minutes of goat photos, goat cuddles, poses and selfies. You may stay at In the Loop as long as you like and have a few drinks after class .*

Do the goats do yoga?

*No, but that would be cool! The people do the yoga, the goats are there for the unconditional love and joy. It's like animal therapy meets a zen yoga stretch! It's a win-win!*
