WHAT TO EXPECT:🐐
Goat Yoga is where you can relax your body and mind while surrounded by little goats. It’s a kind of a “go with the flow” yoga session where it’s a little bit of exercise and a lot of fun! You don’t have to worry about if you’re doing each pose correctly or your flexibility knowing that everyone’s eyes are on the goat’s fun shenanigans and not on you. Some of goats will even jump up on you while doing yoga poses! But don’t worry, the goats are lightweight and very friendly. You’ll be sure to have a lot of laughs and leave feeling relaxed and entertained.

•avoid wearing loose/dangly jewelry

*Goat Yoga is not recommended for children under the age of 6. Only ticket holders will be allowed inside the fenced area.
