Goat Yoga in Arlington (Indoor)

Join us for an unforgettable goat yoga session in Arlington featuring our charming herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats from Walnut Creek Farm. This isn’t your typical yoga class—it’s more of a joyful animal-assisted therapy session with some light stretching and beginner-friendly poses.

Surrounded by playful, friendly goats, you’ll unwind, laugh, and connect with nature—without even stepping outside. Participants will get the chance to feed the goats their lunch, snap adorable photos, and enjoy plenty of snuggles and interaction with these gentle companions.

The session is always attended by our very special guest, Dr. Maureen, a veterinarian and the owner of Walnut Creek Farm, who will be on hand to answer questions and share her passion for animal wellness.
