Goat Yoga is back!!!
Please join us for a fun night of Goat Yoga with our loveable herd. Spruce, Peat, Cypress, Ivy, Fern, and Violet are looking forward to helping you unwind during a one-hour yoga class. Our beginner yoga sessions are run by a certified yoga instructor (Jackie Lischak) and include 45 minutes of goat yoga and 15 minutes of goat “selfie” time!
Call the store to register at 516-293-7148. Our sessions are $30 per person and are available to ages 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult. We will provide yoga mats.
Class size is limited so don’t wait. Reserve your spot NOW!! We look forward to seeing you!
