Goat Yoga - Cool Weather Edition

Enjoy Goat Yoga led by Ashley Flowers, at Smiling Hill Farm. Expect to share your mat with friendly goats of all sizes and ages, from playful youngsters to mature, seasoned goats.

Each session allows pleny of time for snuggling, yoga-ing, and picture taking with the goats. Option to grab some tasty treats from the Ice Cream Barn while you're at the farm.

All-levels, beginner friendly yoga classes!

We’ll be outside in the fresh air, and Maine can be chilly! Be sure to layer up to stay cozy.

The Goats

Our goat companions range from 4-month-old kids to seasoned 13-year-old veterans. These are not the tiny babies of spring, but these goats bring their own charm, playfulness, and plenty of snuggles!

Mat/Towels

You can bring your own mat/towel or use one of the outdoor mats provided at the farm.

Smiling Hill Farm is a 500-acre working Dairy farm and an agricultural oasis in Greater Portland. This year the farm is celebrating their 300th anniversary as a continually operating farm!

Work on the farm is done in a way that is sensitive to the environment. Milk is bottled in reusable glass bottles, whey is collected from cheese production to feed pigs, no chemical fertilizers are used in the fields, and the farm is actively exploring alternative forms of energy.

When visiting the farm consider checking out the delicious ice cream and dairy products from our cows. Ice cream barn is open 10-6 for purchases of Ice Cream, Milk, Cheese, Butter, Eggs, Yogurt, Frozen Meats and more. Lunch Café open 11-3.
