Come ready to giggle and move in an all-level yoga class with furry goat friends at the farm. We move through a Hatha practice, enjoy the animals, and laugh with friends in our community. Be ready to have goats insert themselves into your personal space in the cutest way, jump on you, and potentially nibble on your clothing. They love humans - and lack boundaries! This class moves at the pace of the goats so be prepared to pause for their silly antics and take breaks when they desire attention. Wear clothes that aren’t precious and bring your yoga mat if you don’t mind risking a nibble or you may use one of ours. And you may bring healthy treats, like apple pieces or carrots, to share with the goats after class if you like. We can’t wait to practice with you at the farm, located about 10 minutes from the Lakeville Green Lotus location - we'll email you the address prior to the event.
