Sanctuary goat yoga is all about celebrating the human-animal bond…with YOU! Immerse yourself in deep, calming stretches while surrounded by meadows, birds and the hum of the earth. Oh, and did we mention the goats?? They make every smile and ounce of joy contagious. So join us along with our goat friends at the sanctuary to relax, laugh, clear your mind and build a healthier you! All classes are held outdoors at the sanctuary surrounded by nature. Instructor, Heather Morgado of YogaSpace in Bethel, and the goat yogis from Bradley Mountain Farm in Southington are looking forward to seeing you soon!
Goat Yoga is suitable for all levels & styles. All must register (no walk-ins). Please dress in comfortable clothes and layers. Many participants like to bring a towel with their yoga mats. Ages 10 & up (children must be accompanied by an adult).
