Breathe in, stretch out, and soak up the joy... surrounded by goats! This special Goat Yoga class blends yoga with mindfulness to reflect on what you’re thankful for. Expect gentle movement and plenty of goat snuggles and photo ops.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 60-minute, beginner-friendly class led by a certified instructor
- Guided gratitude practice + relaxing cooldown
- Free-roaming goats looking for hugs
- Post-class cuddle and photo time
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Arrive around 9:30–9:50 AM to check in and set up
- Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle; wear outdoor-friendly attire
