Goat Yoga and Hang with the Herd in Tallahassee

Goat House Farm opens its pastures to welcome the practice of yoga with their playful goats.

Yoga is led by 500 Registered Yoga Teacher Lacey. She will lead the class through a 60-minute light-hearted flowing sequence accessible for all levels including beginners with plenty of time to visit the goats after class.

Ages: 8+

What to Bring: A towel, a bottle for water, a mat if you have one and wear clothes you can comfortably move in that you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Yoga mats are available if needed

Spaces are limited, so save your spot soon!

We also offer private sessions based on availability.

Things to keep in mind before registering:

This class is held with live animals in their home. The animals are very friendly and should be respected at all times. They will move freely around as we move through our yoga practice. There is a possibility you, your clothing and towel could get nibbled or climbed on, as well as the possibility of them gifting you some pellets near or on you!

Rain or inclement weather may cause the class to be rescheduled.

The farm is located off a dirt road which can be quite bumpy or muddy, especially after a rain. Please take caution.
