Goat Social and Game Night
About this Event
What should we do with all our board games, card games, chickens, ducks, sweet dogs, goats, and sheep? Share them with you of course!!!
We'll have tables set up with games for folks to play as they like. Plus scheduled feeding time for the chickens, and a goat and sheep snuggle area. Our goats are so sweet they lay down with you and snuggle right in.
This will be by registration only, but you can come when you are able and stay as long as you like during the time frame.
Bring your own beverages and snacks if desired.
*You are welcome to bring beer or wine (i.e. only alcohol you can buy in a NC grocery store) if you are age 21+. Please only consume 1-2 alcoholic beverages per person during your time here.
We will also have some small farm themed ceramic magnets to paint if you want a keepsake. Or check out all the awesome items in our farm and plant stores.
Ages: Recommended 6+
Cost: $25 per person
What to wear/bring:
-Plan to wear clothing and shoes that can get a little dirty (closed toed shoes preferred).
-No earrings in ear lobes or necklaces please, and you will want a hair tie for longer hair.
Additional items for sale:
-Farm Products: eggs, plants, flower arrangements, and goat milk soap
-Store Products: crystals and stones, tees, tote bags, farm-made crafts and farm stickers
*Payments accepted: Cash, check, Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal, and credit cards (small fee for this option)*
About the animals:
-Goats and Sheep: 14 Nigerian dwarf goats. All are trained to cuddle. There are also two sheep who have spent their whole lives with the goats and cuddling people.
-A sweet farm dog named Shaggy (please leave your dogs at home, as he is protective of his animals)
-Chickens, ducks, and a goose free roaming the farm property

Refund Policy:
-Let us know ASAP if you need to cancel
-More than 48 hours from event = refund or reschedule
-Less than 48 hours from event = reschedule (in cases of emergency we may be able to make exceptions)
Inclement Weather Policy:
-If light rain we will still hold the event (we have an event tent and covered picnic area).
-In case of big storms, severe temps, or severe weather we will contact all attendees by text and email to reschedule.
